Prior to your appointment, please come free of any lotions or oils. If you are getting a wax, no deodorant as well as lotions or oils. Cancellation Policy
If you are going to arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. Please value your and our time! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify 24 hours before your scheduled appointment or a 30% inconvenience fee will be applied. However, you may only reschedule the same appointment once. NO call NO show, 30% fee will be applied. If fee is denied, you will not be able to reschedule until 30% fee is paid.
